Whiskey Sour

Ingredients

• 2 parts whiskey
• 1 part simple syrup
• 1 part lemon juice (fresh is best)
• 1 part egg white
• Dash of bitters
• Ice

Instructions

1. Chill glass you’ll use to serve
2. Add all ingredients to shaker with a handful of ice
3. Shake thoroughly
4. Pour into glass, keeping the ice in the shaker
5. Top with a dash of bitters
