Ingredients
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice (fresh)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1½ tbsp sugar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 small red chilli, finely chopped (optional)
- 2–3 tbsp water (to taste)
Instructions
- Dissolve sugar in lime juice, vinegar, and water.
- Stir in fish sauce, garlic, and chilli.
- Taste and adjust — more sugar for sweetness, water to mellow.
- Serve with salads, grilled meats, or noodle bowls.
