  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius (fan-forced).
  2. Add lemonade and cream into a bowl. Add the salt and caster sugar and mix to combine.
  3. Sift in the self raising flour and fold it through until only just combined.
  4. Pop dough on floured bench and flatten dough to 2-3cm thick .
  5. Cut scones & brush the tops with milk.
  6. Bake in oven for 12ish mins. The scones will be ready when they’re golden
