Scones
Ingredients
- ½ cup cream
- ½ cup lemonade
- pinch salt
- 25g caster sugar
- 2 cups self raising flour
- milk for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius (fan-forced).
- Add lemonade and cream into a bowl. Add the salt and caster sugar and mix to combine.
- Sift in the self raising flour and fold it through until only just combined.
- Pop dough on floured bench and flatten dough to 2-3cm thick .
- Cut scones & brush the tops with milk.
- Bake in oven for 12ish mins. The scones will be ready when they’re golden
