Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp of liquid from chickpea can
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender.
  2. Blend until desired texture & season to taste.
  3. Serve in bowl with your favourite chips, breads, or vegetables.
