Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1 tbsp of liquid from chickpea can
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender.
- Blend until desired texture & season to taste.
- Serve in bowl with your favourite chips, breads, or vegetables.
