Discard Pikelets
Ingredients
- 190g flour
- 25g sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 240g sourdough discard
- 2 large eggs (optional)
- 1 cup milk (plus more as needed)
- Butter (to coat pan)
- Your choice of toppings
Instructions
- Whisk dry ingredients together
- Add wet ingredients and whisk gently until a smooth batter forms (some lumps are okay)
